Trade publication editors are always busy. But when they’re covering the largest food industry trade show in North America, they’re running non-stop. So how do you get them to slow down long enough to hear about your company and what you have to offer food and beverage manufacturers?That was the question that Ecovation, Inc., a leading provider of customized wastewater treatment solutions, had going into Worldwide Food Expo 2005.

The results?
